Requires a
Prevention Services Youth Supervisor
In
La Ronge, Saskatchewan
Summary: Reporting directly to the Prevention Services Program Manager, the Prevention Services Youth Supervisor provides direct supervision and case/program management for the Prevention Service Youth Workers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides day-to-day supervision of Prevention Services Youth Workers.
Responsible for planning and coordinating work load including the setting of priorities for those under his/her supervision.
Obtaining accreditation in a Best Practice parent training program.
Responsible for planning and coordinating Family Camps and other prevention initiatives.
Ensures the maintenance of standards of quality of work within Prevention Services through a regular evaluation process.
Work closely with all other La Ronge ICFS programs and services in order to empower families.
Provide community education and awareness.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
BSW/BISW
Minimum 5 years direct human services experience
Effective communication skills written and verbal
Integrated Family & Youth Services delivery system
Self-motivated, good organizational skills
Criminal Record Check Clearance, Valid Drivers License
