What can you expect in this role?

As the Technical Support Coordinator, youll be our first line of contact for all employee inquiries in-person, by phone, email and chat. Your effective communication skills support you in transitioning between these different avenues of sharing technical information with employees effortlessly. Youll perform technical troubleshooting of software issues  investigating and escalating as needed.

When youre not assisting employees with their day-to-day needs, youll be proactively sharing your knowledge of best-practice.As an individual who takes initiative, you will be empowered to own your role bycreating job-aids and facilitating training sessions for staff when necessary. Your strong organizational skills will help you in prioritizing and coordinating technology projects.You will shine in this role by being able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment. You'll workwith the technology team on various initiatives such as web maintenance and data management.

What do you need to apply?

You have experience supporting employees in a call centre type environment and believe in providing exceptional service. Were looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a niche for networking, desk-top computing and cloud-based programs. Having a basic knowledge of programming and coding is a huge asset.
