Description

The Salvation Army is looking for a qualified and dedicated individual for the Casual Residential Worker position at Crossroads Residential Services.
The Residential Worker is required to demonstrate empathy, concern, and interest in providing quality care to residents in accordance with The Salvation Army values & standards. The Core Values of The Salvation Army are; Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Integrity, Relevance, Co-operation, and Celebration.

Educational Requirement: Preferred certificate, diploma, or degree in related field (ie: Humanities, Addictions, etc.) & 1-3 Years Experience working with vulnerable adults.
Qualification Requirement: First Aid/CPR, Food Safe.
Must be able and willing to provide Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector check.

Hours of work: Casual; hiring for 2 casuals available to work overnights, 2 casuals available to work evenings, and 1 casual avalable for days.
Wage: Base Salary of $16.00 per hour with consideration of experience & qualifications
Benefits: available to Full-time and Part-time staff only
