We are seeking 1 energetic, highly motivated and customer focused Customer Relations Associate to join our Marketing/Sales team in Regina.  This position is responsible for representing SecurTek in all types of customer contacts including determining customers needs and requirements, recommending solutions, sale of products and/or services, and handling sales inquiries. Provides an exceptional customer experience and represents customers best interests. Completes internal processes and procedures to ensure the customers requirements are met or exceeded.

TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Determines customer needs and requirements in a fast paced competitive environment.
2. Initiates/prepares sales proposals as required and recommends optimal service solutions to the customer.
3. Negotiates with customers for the provision of security services and equipment.
4. Handles customer inquiries/complaints and resolves disputes.
5. Participates in sales campaigns and retention activities on an initiated or demand basis.
6. Handles customer accounts to maximize customer retention and minimize revenue losses.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Grade 12 education with Algebra 30, Math B30, Foundations of Math 30 or Accounting 30 and 2 Business Administration classes at the post-secondary level or equivalent and 1 year related work experience.
