Southland Co-op is currently recruiting for a Home Centre Manager in our Assiniboia location. Reporting to the General Manager, this multi-task position requires strong technical knowledge and experience in lumber and hardware marketing. The Home Centre Manager will be responsible for positively leading, motivating staff and overseeing all functions at the Home Centre. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge in both lumber and hardware, strong leadership, ability to motivate staff, strong communication skills, ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with our members and customers. Experience constructing and developing estimates for construction projects considered an asset.
