Position:
Vale Industries at Indian Head, SK., develops and manufactures equipment for agriculture, aggregate, mining and related industries. Our growth plans require a leader to oversee our technical team.

What you will be responsible for:
Confer with management, production, and sales to coordinate project specifications, designs, and procedures
Develop and direct detailed plans to accomplish goals and technical activities.
Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed within the company
Coordinate engineering and design work with external contractors
Technical support for the manufacturing process
The performance & quality of Vale products within their respective industries
Trouble-shooting design-related issues that arise throughout the manufacturing process.
Product support for any & all equipment already in operation

What we expect from you:
Proficient with Autodesk Inventor
You have strong leadership and communication skills
You have an organized and diligent work style
You have related technical training
You have work experience in equipment design and manufacturing
You possess strong written and oral English skills
You have an intuitive technical/mechanical understanding of machines
