SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Reporting to the Manager, Guest Experience and Operational Support, this position is responsible for assisting the Vice President, Director, Manager(s) and Assistant Manager (s) through performing administrative duties of the department including but not limited to Kronos data input, Food & Beverage support such as menu data input and inventory, accounts payable and PO data input, invoicing, typing and filing. This position will schedule employees as requested by managers, provide front line services and assistance to contractors, customers, clients and employees. This position will maintain data entry of work orders through TMA computerized maintenance management systems, vendor information, entry of invoices, monthly reports, and ordering and tracking of department supplies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Grade twelve education supplemented by an administrative/office education and and/or a combination of relevant computer courses and equivalent work experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of general office procedures, filing systems and use of office equipment.
Ability to design, format and/or modify complex documents accurately and in a timely manner using intermediate to advanced features of computer software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and set priorities to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and the ability to independently exercise good judgment.
