Express Electric has an immediate opening for a full time administrative assistant who possesses Quickbooks or similar program experience. The successful candidate will be an organized, self-motivated individual who pays great attention to detail.
This individual will require the following:
Excellent personal skills for greeting customers and answering phones;
Solid work ethic, including, arriving to work on time, professional appearance, ability to multitask, accuracy, loyal team player, good organizational skills;
Enthusiastic individual with positive attitude, and ability to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service;
Ability to support Management Team with clerical duties;
Entry Level Book-keeping in QuickBooks, A/P and A/R, invoicing, writing orders, and mailing of statements;
Management of Group Benefits;
Computer savvy;
Good written skills, including numerical and alpha, and proficient in spelling;
Ability to communicate effectively;
Attention to detail, and willingness to learn,
Ability to assume responsibilities in Managers absence;
Ability to screen phone calls that relate to the business only;
Photocopying and filing;
Purchasing and stocking the office;
Ability to work under pressure, dealing with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks;
Significant use of memory, critical thinking, and continuous learning.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday - 7-3:30, with an hourly rate of pay of $17-$22 (dependent on training).
