The Accountant will be responsible for providing financial and administrative activities to ensure effective, efficient, compliant and accurate operations. With guidance from the controller, tasks may include but not limited to the following areas.

Accounts Payable:
Provide Accounts payable coverage as per Controllers direction.
Setup and maintenance of vendor accounts & credit applications based on company guidelines.
Notify appropriate individuals of any invoice/ receiving discrepancies

Accounts Receivables/ Sales Order Processing:
Provide accounts receivable and sales order process coverage as per Controllers direction.
Organize trucks for weekly track shipments including shipment timing, destination, data entry for finished goods, data entry for order fulfillment, issuance of invoices.
Resolving Invoice/Shipping Discrepancies
Journal entries created and posted for period end financials
Balance Sheet Accounts working papers updated and reconciled each period with appropriate backup; completed for Controllers review and approval

Critical Success Factors:
5-10 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of preparing and analyzing financial information
