Description

As a lead journeyman electrician you will have 5- 10 years experience supervising crews in the commercial and industrial sectors and liaise with clients to ensure all work is done to their expectations. You are responsible for the proper and efficient installation of all aspects electrical construction and maintenance jobs/projects as required. Must be willing to relocate to Swift Current if not a local resident.

Key Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain good customer relations with site personnel and customers
-Implement and enforce Companys corporate Environmental Health and Safety manual
-Adhere to Company and the customers Policies and Procedures as they apply to each project
-Ensure project safety, profitability, schedule adherence and customer satisfaction
-Ensure the safety and supervision of all persons that could be put under your supervision in an efficient manner working under you
-Ensure project plans include workforce utilization, methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, tooling, safety and quality requirements and work schedules
-Responsible for efficient use of materials and equipment and performance of all field related activities for each project
-Ensure field work is executed in compliance with project plans including: specifications, project schedule, budget, quality, safety and customer requirements
-Maintain appropriate documentation including all required safety documentation, daily progress reports (LEMs)
-Maintain exceptional workmanship habits
-Attend daily/weekly site meetings.
-Maintain clean driving abstract and Drug and Alcohol clearance
-Identify and implement initiatives to improve project performance, to achieve net improvements for key performance indices
-Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers during all contact.
