The Role:
Plan, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day production activities, including scheduling production, manpower, and maintenance shutdowns
Supervise, evaluate, motivate and train production personnel
Work in conjunction with the VP of Operations to establish and manage annual production department budgets
Assist in assuring compliance with appropriate regulations and standards, as well as monitoring to ensure sanitation standards are met

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Solid command of safety and regulatory requirements
Skills and understanding of the brewing process and familiarity with plant and process technology
Computer literate, competent in MS Office (Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others
Logical, analytical and reasonable, with strong organizational skills
