The Co-operators Bassendowski Agencies Ltd is seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team.
Bassendowski Agencies Ltd is one of the premier Advisor firms of the Co-operators and has been serving Regina and the surrounding area for over 20 years. We have built our business on our excellent customer services standards and our ability to identify our clients needs and tailor a policy to fit these unique needs.
In this role, you will use your industry experience, which we will enhance through our proprietary onboarding and product courses, and customer service focus to provide superior service to our clients. Your previous sales and customer service experience combined with your results driven attitude and desire to work in a team oriented environment will be the keys to success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Sales and service of personal lines, home, auto, tenant, and travel insurance;
* Providing clients with customized information and advice;
* Processing and administering changes to insurance policies;
* Collecting client receivables
Qualifications:
* Minimum General License Level 1
* Computer skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Excel multitasking skills
* Enjoy providing a superior client service experience
* Professional attitude with a focus on confidentiality
* Desire to be a life long learner
