STINGRAY TELEVISION, Lloydminster AB is looking to fill a full time MASTER CONTROL MANAGER / PROGRAM ASSISTANT position.  This is a great opportunity to work with two television stations CITL and CKSA.

The successful candidate must have the following skills:
-    Must be able to successfully manage a group of master control operators including scheduling shifts for both CKSA and CITL stations
-    Be very well organized, work well under pressure, show attention to detail, multitask and be proficient with Microsoft Office
-    Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of broadcast television
-    Comfortable in manipulating digital files for broadcast standards
-    Knowing how to create workflows to transcode different video file formats to the video format that the station uses
-    Having knowledge in CRTC regulations and ensure adherence
-    Being able to ingest all types of video files through a handful of different methods depending on what the situation requires
-    Monitor the signal transmissions and quality check to ensure the station maintains a high broadcast standard
-    Comfortable working with a closed caption workflow
-    Be able to give direction and motivate the team members
