Bit Service Company offers a wide range of quality products for the mining, construction, and materials handling industries. We have an in-house fabrication and repair service where we fabricate customized support equipment and accessories, from bit installation and removal tools for the potash industry, to full cutting assemblies for boring machines, and repair and refurbish cutting assemblies for boring machines, continuous miners, roadheaders and undercutters. We are the exclusive Western Canadian distributor and warehousing agent for manufacturers The Cincinnati Mine Machinery Co., Sandvik Mining and Construction, McSweeneys Inc., and The Bowdil Company. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Esterhazy.
The Technical Sales & Service Coordinator regularly attends customer sites and meets with customers to understand needs and provide solutions. The Technical Sales & Service Coordinator acts as the main conduit between customers and production, researches various components and parts, responds to customer requests for quotes, and investigates and resolves any customer issues. To ensure quality control, the Technical Sales & Service Coordinator also completes testing on bit forgings and production.
