Regina Youth For Christ is a mission organization dedicated to helping children and their communities, worldwide, reach their full potential by tackling causes of isolation and hopelessness. The right candidate will be experienced and/or educated in working with youth or young adults in a supportive environment and be willing to work day shifts. As a missions organization, Regina Youth For Christ requires all staff to be in agreement with their Statement of Faith.

Overview:

SHIFT MANAGER

Leadership
-    Oversee daily activities of youth and staff providing direction and leadership where needed
-    Professional development, coaching and mentoring of staff
-    Provide disciplinary measures in conjunction with the Program Manager and the Housing Ministries Director
-    Provide reviews to the staff based on their Position Descriptions
-    The ability to lead a team and be a part of a team
-    The ability to set and maintain healthy professional boundaries
-    Ability to ensure that the youths needs are being met and that the daily assigned tasks are being completed
-    Review housing issues, staff performance and youth progress with the Program Manager
-    Monitor and report youth financial expenditures, petty cash expenditures, and grocery shopping budget
-    Monitor household supplies inventory and delegate tasks as needed
-    Monitor meal plans and grocery shopping plans as well as the grocery budget
-    Train and monitor staff, ensuring that they are equipped to succeed in their positions
