As the Office Clerk, you will welcome residents and greet people who visit the Office. You will be responsible for Receptionist Duties, Invoicing, Filing, Receipting, and front-line Customer Service.
The successful applicant must possess the following skills:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar roll
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude and pleasant personality
Self-motivated
Certificate in Business or Office Administration or several years experience in an administrative related field preferred.
