Description

Looking for industrial and commercial electrical foremen to work at various locations throughout Saskatchewan.

Applicants should have at least 5-10 years experience supervising crews in the commercial and industrial sectors and be able to liaise with clients to ensure all work is done to their expectations. You are responsible for overseeing the proper and efficient installation of all aspects of electrical construction and maintenance jobs/projects as required.


Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

    Implement and enforce Companys Corporate Environmental Health and Safety manual
    Adhere to Company and customers policies and procedures as they apply to each project
    Ensure project safety, profitability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction
    Ensure the safety of all persons that could be put under your supervision in an efficient manner
    Ensure project plans include workforce utilization, methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, tooling, safety and quality requirements and work schedules
    Responsible for efficient use of materials and equipment and performance of all field related activities for each project
    Ensure field work is executed in compliance with project plans including: specifications, project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer requirements
    Maintain appropriate documentation including safety records, daily progress reports, labour/equipment/material records, shift logs etc., as required by job specifications
    Maintain exceptional workmanship habits
    Conduct and attend daily/weekly site meetings
    Maintain clean driving abstract
    Identify and implement initiatives to improve project performance to achieve net improvements for key performance indices
    Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers during all contact
    Security screening and pre-access drug testing a requirement
    Current Fall Arrest and EWP certificates a requirement
