Description

Looking for industrial and commercial electrical superintendents to work at various locations throughout Saskatchewan.

Applicants should have at least 10 years experience supervising crews in the commercial and industrial sectors and be able to liaise with clients to ensure all work is done to their expectations. You are responsible for coordinating and overseeing the proper and efficient installation of all aspects of electrical construction and maintenance projects as required.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

    Implement and enforce Companys Corporate Environmental Health and Safety manual
    Adhere to Company and customers policies and procedures as they apply to each project
    Demonstrate and execute exceptional organization and planning skills
    Ensure the safety of all persons that could be put under your supervision in an efficient manner
    Ensure field work is executed in compliance with project plans including: specifications, project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer requirements
    Maintain appropriate documentation including safety records, daily progress reports, labour/equipment/material records, rental records, shift logs etc., as required by job specifications
    Overseeing the efficient use of materials and equipment and performance of all field related activities for each project
    Conduct and attend daily/weekly site meetings
    Maintain clean driving abstract
    Identify and implement initiatives to improve project performance to achieve net improvements for key performance indices
    Maintain a professional image and a high level of service and communication with customers during all contact
    Security screening and pre-access drug testing a requirement
    Current Fall Arrest and EWP certificates a requirement
