Maaco Collision Repair is now inviting applicants to join our team as a production manager. We pride ourselves on the commitment to quality repairs completed to OEM standards in a safe and healthy work environment. Maaco requires a production manager that has the ability to support these commitments and standards of our business and be a leader to our staff.  The successful candidate will be able to drive production, assist front-end staff with estimates, and oversee quality control.
Maaco Collision Repair in Regina is a locally owned and operated business that is the most OEM Certified repair facility in Regina. We are FCA-Mopar Certified, Certified Collision Care - Ford, Kia, Nissan Certified, and Pro-First Certified (Honda and Acura). The successful applicant will have focus on respective OEM certification requirements, continuing education, meetings and standards.

The successful candidate will:
    Have a combined 10 years industry experience in collision repair/production
    Journeyperson Certification is preferred
    I-CAR training is required with a focus on a platinum level
    Have experience with Mitchell Estimating and Alldata
    Be able to review estimates and offer training/support to front-end staff
    Be able to review SGI Audits and work with SGI appraisers
    Have good communication and time management skills required
    Be a positive, enthusiastic team player
    Organize daily tasks to be completed
    Set goals and meet deadlines
    Manage staff
    Conduct daily production meetings with staff to organize work to be completed
    Have computer knowledge and problem solving
    Have excellent communication skills
