Job Description: Managing the Environmental services and laundry operations in multiple sites.
Required Qualifications

Willing to complete additional training as required
Training and/or education in leadership/management would be an asset
Supervisory and/or management experience
Ability to navigate competing priorities and issues
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to assume responsibility and work independently
A record of achievement as a collaborative leader, community and team builder and possesses a high degree of interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills
Ability to adapt to change or unexpected developments
Ability to adapt, prioritize, interpret and respond quickly to changing situations
A management style that emphasizes the principles of co-operation, consultation and involvement for the benefit of the client and the organization
Ability to be flexible and willing to adapt to change in workload and priorities
Other Information

Travel within the province of Saskatchewan is required
An equivalent combination of recognized education and experience may be considered
Must be able to travel
Working knowledge of the health sector and the stakeholders in Saskatchewan is an asset.

Expected Up To Date: February 21, 2020
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours
