Envision Counselling and Support Centre Inc is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for their Carlyle office. Position will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 education
- Office administration certificate would be an asset
- Experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Experience with website design would be an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a confidential and professional manner with others
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Driver's License and reliable vehicle as this position requires travel to alternate offices
- Previous clerical and administrative experience would be considered an asset

Responsibilities:
- General office support
- Reception duties
- Word processing
-Outreach support
-Office maintenance and organization
- Management of file systems and databases
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
