Description

INFO Immigration Centre for Application Inc. (IICA) is recruiting Cooks on behalf of a restaurant.  

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and approved menus.
Ensure all food delivered is fresh and of the highest quality.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Participate in continuous quality improvement aimed at reducing expenses and improving the customer experience
Help to control food costs by ensuring proper proportioning and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Monitors kitchen inventory costs ensure kitchen operation requirements are within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
May need to hire and train kitchen staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English
Hardworking, Quick learner and goal oriented.
Able to carry minimum 20lbs of weight.
Able to work under pressure
Paying attention to the details.
