Fluent in English and mandarin, some English writing required
Some travel required
A Saskatchewan driver license is required; and you are expected to drive clients for business visits and meetings
Accompany clients for business visits and meetings and provide interpretation services
Be punctual and detailed oriented
Liaising with suppliers such as business owners, hotels, transportations, or booking and schedules
Responsible to arrange and schedule the meetings for customers
Assist the Manager with additional projects
Maintain accurate reservations and information
Ensure files are current and orderly
Handle telephone and email inquiries
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
