The Administration Coordinator provides high quality administrative, event and office management services that will contribute to Saskatchewan Band Association's ability to further its non-profit, charitable mission and mandate.
The Administration Coordinator is a key part of a small staff team. As a part-time position it is critical that the Administration Coordinator be a highly organized team player with strong computer and customer service skills who is able to manage a variety of overlapping projects, including basic financial management, while also remaining flexible and able to support other team member needs.
The Administration Coordinator will provide executive support services to the CEO and various Program Leads. Thanks to their strong computer and administration background the Coordinator will identify and implement office management improvements, be actively engaged in ongoing statistical and data collection and report preparation. The Coordinator will also be responsible for volunteer team support as well as excellent customer and member service as part of the staff team.
