Description

As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a positive, friendly, fast, efficient, customer experience at the registers, ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their shopping experience

    Supervisory and previous POS training/experience is required
    Be the first contact with the customer for concerns/questions. Ensure that the issue is resolved to the 100% satisfaction of the customer. Reach out to assistant manager/ manager for support when needed.
    Maintain a positive, supportive work environment for all cashiers
    Serve as the primary point of contact for cashiers, providing support where/as needed
    Provide effective training for all new cashiers on the POS System.
    Train cashiers on the policy/procedures and customer service standards
    Manage the customer flow during busy periods to ensure a fast, efficient check out experience
    Preform daily open/close procedures and regular cash picks on each register
    Manage the checkout area and ensure that each station remains clean, well-stocked and efficient.
    Manage the break schedules to ensure adequate customer service during associate breaks
    Train cashiers on merchandise and housekeeping standards. Validate results daily
    Basic plant knowledge is an asset
    Must ensure reliable transportation is available to and from the greenhouse.
    Observe safety and security procedures to complete work in a safe/timely manner.
    Must be able to tolerate an environment with extreme temperatures
    Must be able to physically perform a variety of tasks including bending, twisting, crouching, and carrying
    Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
