As our Tree Supervisor you will be responsible for providing a positive, friendly, informative customer experience, ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their shopping experience.
Tree and shrub training, knowledge and /or experience is required
Candidate should have good leadership skills, previous supervisory experience is an asset.
Be the first contact with the customer for concerns/questions. Ensure that the issue is resolved to the 100% satisfaction of the customer. Reach out to assistant manager/ manager for support when needed.
Maintain a positive, supportive work environment for all tree associates
Serve as the primary point of contact for tree associates, providing support where/as needed
Train tree associates on all policy/procedures and customer service standard
Manage the associate break schedule for the Tree department
Manage/train tree associates on the receiving process, merchandising and daily plant care
Responsible for inventory control in the tree dept
Must ensure reliable transportation is available to and from the greenhouse
Observe safety and security procedures to complete work in a safe/timely manner.
Must be able to tolerate an environment with extreme temperatures and changing weather conditions
Must be able to physically perform a variety of tasks including bending, twisting, crouching, and carrying
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
