PROGRAMMER ANALYST

THE POSITION: Reporting to the AVP, Digital, the Programmer Analyst is primarily responsible for application and business intelligence development, but contributes to all aspects of the software development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes the utilization of, and contribution to, organizational development standards and project processes. Responsibilities will include:
- Successfully implement and maintain application and business intelligence development
- Provide guidance and expertise on business intelligence and application technologies, processes and standards
- Ensure understanding of the systems and databases in use to ensure accurate, effective, and efficient development while identifying and recommending strategic and tactical direction for the credit union
- Help achieve organizational goals and objectives by supporting approved strategic and operational initiatives and projects
- Complete necessary research to gain understanding of current processes and develop recommendations for best practices and new developments
