Description

Kelly Services is currently looking for Administrative Assistant Professionals, from entry level to mid-level, to assist our customer base with their current, and upcoming requirements.

What you will be doing:

* Greet and direct incoming clients
* Answering multi-line phone systems
* Drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, minutes of meetings
* Scheduling meetings, travel, accommodations, appointments

What you will need:

* Office Administrative Certificate or equivalent experience
* 1 - 2 years of experience in an office setting
* Strong verbal and written communication
* MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Professional demeanor
