Travelodge Hotel & Conference Centre Regina is actively recruiting for a Banquet Supervisor in our Banquet Department.
We are looking for two individuals with supervisory knowledge and a minimum of 6 months banquet or catering experience to act as an assistant to our Banquet Manager. This position is responsible for:
Room set-ups
Food services for breakfast, lunch, dinners, weddings, cocktail receptions, trade shows.
Interacting with clients to ensure all the arrangements made are on banquet event orders and follow them accurately
Ordering groceries for banquet operations
Candidates must be willing to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts with flexible availability, have their own reliable mode of transportation and be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. It is essential the incumbent be able to read, write and speak English.
Candidates must have Serve it Right Certificate.
