Conduct in-depth interviews with clients, obtains all information and material required for tax preparation.
Fully communicate to client the procedures, paperwork and time frames applicable to the service provided.
Accurately prepare all paperwork and complete all required data entry according to office policy and procedures.
Requirements: Up-to-date tax knowledge in personal and business income tax.
Comfortable with computer and able to quickly learn work-related software and applications.
Self-confident, professional, friendly and courteous.
Familiar with major tax filing applications and CRA online Represent A Client system.
Same industry experience or CRA work experience.
