Greenfield Care Homes is looking for experienced Personal Home Care Worker for short afternoon and night shifts, whoes job responsibilities may include:
*meal preparation
*Assist in medication administration
*assisting residents with their daily personal care and encourage them for independence
*house keeping duties
*recreation activities
*reporting and record keeping
The applicant must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and exhibit a friendly/respectful rapport with residents and families.
Criminal record check and references required prior to hiring. Also need to complete medication assistance module and Quiz and personal care giver 16 hour course/CPR/Food Safety required within 3 months of hire. Hours may vary part-time to full time. If interested, email your resume.
