Virtus Group is a great place to work.  Were looking for an HR Manager to help us make it even better.  You will be the HR person in our Saskatoon office, working alongside 7 Partners and over 40 professional and support staff.  The HR Director in Regina is close enough to provide you guidance and support but far enough away that you have lots of autonomy.

Were looking for someone with the ability to provide solid professional HR advice, guidance and consultation on a wide range of issues including recruiting and retention, training and development, mentoring, compensation and performance management.  At the same time, as a member of the HR Team and the HR Committee, you will have an important and active role in developing and implementing the overall HR Strategy.

To be successful in this role, we believe the individual would likely have a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business or Administration with an emphasis on HR and at least 5 years of experience.  If some or all of that experience was in a professional services environment, that would be an asset.
