I am seeking an individual for the 2019 season and after the season if you are a suitable fit for my business a full time position will be offered. We are needing someone to operate all of the machinery we use which includes combines, sprayer, swather, land roller, grain cart, harrows, disk, tractors, backhoe, zero turn mower, and semi trucks and trailers. Some of the machines involve using interactive screens so some comfortableness with technology is an asset. It is okay if you are not experienced with every machine. I am willing to train you for any skills you are lacking. You will need to have a Class 1 licence or be willing to obtain one. Along with operating the machines I require servicing and maintenance to be done as well. Again if you are not knowledgeable concerning this I will be able to train you as well. During seeding and harvest the hours can be long but most of the year a reasonable workload is strived for. I understand everyone has a life outside of work as do I. I am open to negotiating benefits or individual needs you may have. Strong english understanding is a must. We are a drug and smoke free workplace. Safety is important and everyone needs to go home safe at the end of the day.
