Description

Express Employment Professionals is a staffing & recruiting agency.  Our client is looking for an energetic, team player to join their team in the role of Commercial Property Administrator.

This role will support the commercial property manager with day to day functions including but not limited to, accounting functions and budgeting, filing, answering & distributing incoming calls, assisting tenants with any questions or service inquiries they may have, collect rent, collections, update information in the database, drafting notices and other correspondence for the property manager.  You will also assist with obtaining contractor & supplier quotes and other administrative duties as required.

The successful candidate will have some previous experience with Accounts Receivables, a minimum of 2 years administrative experience, experience in real estate or property management would be a definite asset; pleasant telephone manner & customer service.  You will be proficient in Software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook.  Experience in Yardi would be a strong asset.  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will also be required.
