The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    Greeting customers
    Answering the telephones
    Tracking time cards for the office and shop staff
    Printing and organizing project documents
    Handling mail, invoices and shipping bills
    Helping with in-company business and social events
    Document control {IE Quality Control Documents, Tender Documents, etc.}
    General office duties

Applicants shall have superior telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in computers with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe. Attention to detail and efficiency in organization is an asset as well as an Office Assistant diploma.
