Description

INFO Immigration Centre for Application Inc. (IICA) is recruiting Cooks on behalf of a restaurant.  

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
Able to prepare and cook food within recommended time frames to meet customer expectations.
Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, coolers and all storage areas.
Participate in continuous quality improvement aimed at reducing expenses and improving the customer experience.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Follow and comply with health and safety legislation and departmental safe job procedures.
Help to control food costs by ensuring proper proportioning and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Ensure that all food is received, stored, and prepared according to Company standards
