Description

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools Learning Services Division provides educational program support for 19,000 students in 50 Catholic elementary and high schools in Saskatoon and area.  The Learning Services Division is primarily responsible for professional staffing, student demographics and the learning program.  The Executive Assistant 3 is a highly skilled and dynamic individual who provides confidential administrative support to Learning Services Superintendents.  This is a supervisory role providing leadership to the Learning Services Support Staff.  Required qualifications include:

Participation in a Catholic Church community.
Post-secondary certification or a degree in a related field.
Five years of experience in an administrative support position, including supervising and appraising staff.
Expertise in Microsoft Office and the ability to master and guide others in the implementation of a variety of Division software programs.
The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and work independently.
Skill in team development, public relations and managing communication.
Ability to manage tasks, processes, resources and information.
Proven ability to conduct research in support of policy development initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop presentations, compile reports and liaise with external partners.
Experience in budget development and administration for assigned areas.

In addition, preference will be given to candidates with:

Oral and written language skills in French or a First Nations language.
