Job Purpose
Supports and maintains workstation management technology and applications. Administers server and end-user devices, including performing research, analysis, deployment, and management of hardware and software. Performs installation and maintenance of computer software/hardware, and system administration duties including building and deploying images and security package updates. Provides escalation point for the diagnosis and resolution to complex end user technical support issues.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position may require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Unions business and divisional business operations
- In-depth knowledge of remote management tools (ie Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, InTune), group policy configuration and management, and automated patch management systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 environment and Windows server infrastructure
- Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, and recommend innovative processes
