Description

Were seeking a highly engaged and energetic Process Improvement Specialist to help enhance operational excellence and strategy execution at our credit union. As a Process Improvement Specialist, your role is to monitor enterprise project execution and implementation while providing recommendations and advice that align to the organizations strategic vision. Working within a team, youll ensure organizational initiatives are successfully executed and sustained.

Additionally, working directly with key stakeholders and Affinity employees across all business units, youll analyze operational issues and work to improve processes. Youll assist with the development of new products, systems and tools for the organization.

Were looking for someone with:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to conduct leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative member-centric procedures, , using  Lean/Continuous Improvement principles
- Knowledge of a modern or agile project management philosophy and the demonstrated ability to lead a project through a life cycle, liaising effectively with key stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office 365 suite including foundational knowledge of Power BI and Visio.
