We are currently looking for an energetic and self-motivated Key Account Sales Specialist for a full time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be the key account manager for Westburne in this market. You will be responsible managing critical relationships with our important customers.
Responsibilities:
You will manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
You will ensure clients derive maximum value from Westburnes solutions and products
You will develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Develop strategies to increase sales growth in the existing customer database
Work closely with other members of the team to ensure you are engaged in the entire sales process
Consistently achieve a high level of customer service
Qualifications\Experience:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager with +5 years of experience
Have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent work experience
