Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome clients/visitors/employees into our office in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answer and direct telephone inquiries
- Maintaining and creating excel spreadsheets for Job tracking
- Administrative tasks sorting, matching, entering and filing documents
- Accounts receivable
- Create and / or update, perform searches, retrieve information and generate reports
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventory and databases.
- Ability to learn electrical terms and knowledge to communicate with customers
- Ability to consistently maintain composure, utilize sound judgement and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
- Office Education Course
- Strong computer skills
- Sage 50 accounting software
- General office equipment
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Windows
- Speak and write at an above average level in English
- Maintain confidentiality
- Personable and friendly personality
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively despite numerous interruptions and distractions

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate initiative and proven track record for attendance and reliability
- Previous receptionist experience considered and asset, preferably in a professional office environment
