Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for regional full-cycle recruitment within Saskatchewan. You can do it all: from building relationships with local educational institutions to build a healthy talent pipeline to tracking and reporting on industry trends and other recruitment analytics. You will be hiring for our Home Health segment and Residential & Transitional Care Homes segment for locations all throughout Saskatchewan.

You will:
Source talent by building networks and cultivating relationships within talent networks to find qualified and great fit candidates
Identify hard-to-fill roles and source innovative channels for recruitment while building a talent pipeline
Schedule, conduct & score phone & face-to-face candidate interviews, interpret assessment results when required
Share subject matter expertise
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at local schools, colleges and universities, & participate in career fairs, job fairs, etc to promote, increase talent brand awareness, & provide information about opportunities available
Develop recruitment reports & trends in recruitment
Provide talent analytics, tracking candidate pipelines, quality of hire, time to fill metrics as requested

What we are looking for:
A university degree or college diploma in a related field
A valid drivers license and a vehicle to travel around Saskatchewan
Bring a strong understanding of recruitment in a high volume environment, backed by 3 years related experience
Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and resources
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as reflected in the ability to network in person and online
Be detail-oriented, proactive and tech savvy
