Working within a small team, the applicant will perform executive assistant duties for a private oil production company.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- answering phones
- greeting vendors
- handling solicitors
- opening and distributing mail
- preparing letters, agreements, and corporate documents
- taking dictation and minutes
- maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- managing and ordering office supplies
- maintaining office equipment
- running errands
- organizing meetings and business lunches
- scheduling meetings/appointments
- arranging travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- managing daily schedules
- providing assistance to management as requested
Requirements:
- uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality
- handle requests and queries appropriately
- exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor among staff and vendors
- strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage time
- self-directed and able to work without supervision
- eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- exhibit excellent oral and written communication, as well as customer service
*COMPUTER SKILLS ARE A NECESSITY* - must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior experience/training would be preferred.
Oilfield experience is an asset.
