Description

Your duties include the following:
    Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
    Complete needed food preparation including chopping, slicing and precooking.
    Season and cook food according to recipes and experience.
    Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.
    Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
    Verify the order against the ticket for accuracy prior to handing off to runners.
    Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and provide to runners for delivery to customers.
    Understand and adheres to all quality standards, recipes, formulas and procedures.
