Description

The Manager, Analytics and Research Design will be working on a customer site. By submitting your application, you agree to have your application shared with our customer's hiring panel.

This position is responsible for the management of research and advanced analytics strategies and evaluation of evidence-based approaches in order to improve client outcomes in the human services sector. As an expert in the area of advanced analytics, the position is relied upon by multiple agencies at an executive level to develop data structures and conduct research and evaluation on large, complex, interdisciplinary initiatives. This includes engagement across the province with partners and clients within Government, Community Organizations and other program providers. A key component of this position is to work with partners in transforming research findings into operational practices evaluated against measurable indices of success.


The position provides a leadership role as it relates to program evaluation for determination of effectiveness and cost efficiencies (cost-benefit analysis) including a determination of resources required for project completion requiring consultation and contracts with services having the required level of expertise (e.g., universities, individual experts, etc.).

Using expertise in the area of evidence-based approaches allows for innovation in practices which has a direct impact on effectiveness and efficiency in the province of Saskatchewan. The position can inform, and therefore impact on, risk factors and risk mitigation plans of communities, families and individuals in Saskatchewan through the development of data structures, information, simulation analysis and recommendations for implementation to improve community safety for all Saskatchewan citizens.
