Reporting to the Retail Store Manager at The Rider Store, this role will support management in the day to day operations of the retail merchandise outlet.
Fan experience and customer service are key focuses of this role which work to maintain and support sales and strategic growth. Training, coaching and providing feedback to retail associates to meet sales budgets and key performance indicators is ongoing with the assistant manager role.
