Description

eHealth Saskatchewan, an innovative Treasury Crown Corporation has an exciting and challenging role for a seasoned Executive Director of Programs.  Reporting to the VP Programs & Technology this leadership position will be involved in the development and initiation of strategies and organizational frameworks within stakeholder policies, program needs, project & operational delivery structures and standards while anticipating future clinical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities to succeed in this role
*  Providing leadership to the development and implementation of provincial clinical transformation strategies, operational service delivery, provincial engagement, standards and funding to support our mandate, stakeholders, and their priorities
*  Ensures optimization of service delivery to our partners and meeting their clinical and business needs.
*  Oversees the development and implementation of eHealths strategic delivery roadmap, program operations, service continuity, ensuring 24/7/365  mission critical sustainability and access, and protection of patient safety
*  Oversees the continued development and operation of all clinical and administrative programs including the provincial electronic health record, citizen health portal, diagnostic and surgical systems, provincial pharmacy systems, as well as acute and community electronic medical record systems.

To succeed in this environment, you will bring proven senior business or clinical leadership experience, 10 to 12 years experience with budget and people management abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.  A proven ability to engage and lead teams through change, combined with a high level of initiative with problem-solving abilities, and business savvy are required.
