Chateau St.Michaels is looking for Continuing Care Aides to round out our team. We work diligently to enrich the lives of our residents and at the end of the day we know we have made a difference.
You will provide basic care to help residents with their activities of daily living.
With Additional training and experience you could also administer medications.

Essential Skills

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
Additional Skills
- Serve meal trays and feed patients
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens
Specific Skills
- Administer suppositories, colonic irrigations and enemas
- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher
- Lift, turn or massage patients
- Collect specimens
- Bathe, dress and groom patients
- Answer call signals
Work Setting
- Home for the aged
Security and Safety
- Basic security clearance
- Criminal record check (abstract)
