What you will do:

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders who are seeking support and information relevant to Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables business areas, or redirecting as appropriate
Effectively and professionally manage a high volume of mail in a variety of formats
Respond to inquiries, primarily through phone and email channels, in a prompt and professional manner
Perform general administration functions such as departmental correspondence, data entry/review, filing, and ordering office supplies
Support a variety of projects within Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, which requires a flexible and collaborative approach and desire to add value  
Learn quickly and share accurate information with departmental leaders and employees upon inquiry
What you will bring:

Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong results and goal orientation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, team environment.
The successful candidate will have graduated from an administrative assistant or similar program at a recognized business college supplemented by a minimum of two years related experience.  Education and experience equivalencies may be considered.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
Strong customer-service orientation
Ability to troubleshoot and respond to client inquiries by phone and email
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent word processing and computing programs
