Adecco is currently recruiting for a Full Time Payroll Clerk to work onsite in Allan, SK, for up to 1 year. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks including daily data entry. The ideal candidate should be friendly and professional with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient with accounting and possess a strong knowledge with Microsoft office (excel, word).
Responsibilities for the Payroll Clerk will include;
- Filing, scanning of confidential documents
- Collect and centralize all employees approved times cards for entry into payroll database, edit and correct all errors
- Ensure accuracy of hours
- Liaise with supervisors to remedy errors and schedule changes
- Liaise with supervisors and related functions to resolve Work Orders and PO errors
- Reconciling Hours and schedules
- Ensure problems/inquiries are handled in a timely and tactful manner and communicate as appropriate with supervisors and Human Resources
Payroll Clerk Qualifications include;
- Strong organizational skills
- Two year diploma accounting course or related experience
- Able to travel to and from Site (approx. 40 minutes outside of Saskatoon)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook at the advanced level are a must
- Data Entry experience, attention to detail
- Proven communication skills
- Working knowledge of database software
